It was bound to happen, I spawned next to a geyser…the resulting oil filled a cave that went down to bedrock as far as I could tell.

Within 5 seconds of seeing it all I turned into J.R fucking Ewing.

Well it took a while to understand (with limited reading)  But I finally got a quarry up and running.  I did have a ground floor but this big mother kept smashing the walls down so I moved everything upstairs…I have also built a macerator, a generator and am in the process of building a pump to keep the quarry cool and a LV solar array…we’re going green…until I find oil.

My modest home…still under construction…there are some big additions still to add :)

Tower being builded.  Still no cows, sheep, pigs or diamonds :(  Harsh life lol.

I are building a tower.  The farm is a temporary necessity…not a pig or cow ANYWHERE!

Whole new world and a temporary traditional wooden shed…cleared loads of trees and flattened a space…for what I don’t yet know.

So last night I decided I needed a quick access to some lower levels so dug down…and down…and down…then across…and across until I had a big hole and a cave system opened up…

Next we build the tower up to a stupid height, and maybe add a penthouse room…why and what for I don’t know…as with most things in Minecraft…if it feels good, do it.

More explorerising…and changing the appearance into a concrete brutalistesque base :)

Explored some more, really don’t like the brick on the building though, I prefer the cobblestone, so may end up changing that…brutalist :)

Here we go, finally I am going to settle into a map and continue to update what’s going on and how I will eventually kill the Ender Dragon…I need some diamonds, but first iron…no stone…make that wood…and coal…actually I’ll start with dirt :)

So it turns out that map from earlier is actually a nice island :)

No plan at all, we just build…where do we build…we build up!

It’s awesome for building stupid structures and things, but with Minecraft it remains the creation of land masses with cave systems that can go completely unnoticed that always impresses me most.
